Last updated: June 13, 2026

Neuravision ("we," "our," or "us") operates the neuravision.art website and the Neuravision desktop application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that you provide directly to us, as well as information collected automatically when you use our Service:

  • Account Information: When you create an account via Google or X (Twitter) OAuth, we receive your display name, email address, profile picture, and unique identifier from the respective platform.
  • Device Information: When you activate a license key in the Neuravision desktop application, we collect a hardware identifier (HWID) derived from your device's hardware characteristics to bind the license to your device.
  • Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Service, including pages visited, features used, content generated, and timestamps.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and device type.
  • Generated Content: Text prompts, uploaded images, and generated outputs that you create using our Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

3. AI Model Processing

Neuravision uses a hybrid approach combining multiple AI models (including Grok, OpenAI, Runway, Kling, PixVerse, Veo, and Vidu) to generate content. Your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to these third-party AI providers for processing. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We do not store your prompts or generated content longer than necessary to deliver the Service.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

  • AI Service Providers: Your prompts and images are processed by third-party AI model providers to generate content.
  • Infrastructure Providers: We use cloud hosting and CDN services that may process your data on our behalf.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Generated content is stored temporarily for delivery and may be cached for up to 30 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption, secure authentication protocols, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
